Oscillations
The BiWaze Cough System oscillation therapy feature delivers therapy based on frequency and amplitude. These oscillation feature liquifies the mucus and moves it from the smaller to the larger airways, thereby improving bronchial drainage.
Inspiratory Trigger
The BiWaze Cough System can trigger on the patient’s inhale to synchronize the therapy with the patient’s own breathing pattern in the Auto mode. The user’s own effort to inhale triggers the correct pressure delivery sequence, enhancing patient comfort.
Inspiratory Flow
Patients or care-givers can select the inhale flow from low to medium and high. This results in a controlled and comfortable inhalation, optimizing patient comfort and maximize airway clearance.
Positive Airway Pressure on the Pause Phase
The BiWaze Cough System provides the option of keeping the airways open in between the inhale and exhale phases of the cycle cough. Patients receive a more comfortable treatment because of this feature.
