The CFV Living Well Assistance Program helps with the expenses of living with cystic fibrosis. Financial aid is given to assist with the cost of fitness programs, physiotherapy equipment, education and training, adult respite holidays, and other times of financial need. To ensure that the distribution of funds is managed effectively and equitably, CFV has recently reviewed and revised the eligibility criteria of some components of this Program. Through examination of best practices and consultation with other not-for-profit providers of financial assistance services, CFV has developed concise guidelines to ensure funds are accessible to those who need them most.
